Shout-out this week to Karen Villalobos, fellow Economics faculty, for sharing her use of Jeopardy labs when she was part of our "Some Good News: Lessons Learned in a Very Strange Year" panel in April 2021! Thanks to Karen, and to all of the other faculty members who shared their valuable time and ideas with us.

Whether you want to create a fun way for students to review independently, or whether you want to make an in-class game where students can compete in an informal type of assessment and/or review, JeopardyLabs provides the framework, and is an incredibly easy tool to use.

If you just want to use text-based questions and responses, it's free; if you want to incorporate media, there is a ONE-TIME $20 Lifetime Membership fee, NOT an ongoing subscription fee:

Watch this 2-minute video showing how easy JeopardyLabs is to use - you might just want to try it out right away! Even if you don't want to create your own board, there are thousands of public boards available that you can use!

DON'T FORGET - if you have other questions about Teaching, Learning, and/or Assessment, contact the CTLA! To submit a request for assistance: https://ctla.cgc.edu/help.html

HAPPY TUESDAY, EVERYONE!
Mary
