Remember waaaaay back at the beginning of the semester, when we sent out the Faculty Needs survey, asking for your input? 100% of our respondents told us that active learning/student engagement was the one teaching strategy that they couldn't live without. Some named student engagement explicitly, while others responded implicitly with more specific strategies that they use to engage their students with the content, the instructor, and/or other students.
This week, we have some resources to introduce you to a great polling tool, Slido. While Slido integrates well with a number of tools (PowerPoint, MS Teams, Google Slides, etc.) to support your teaching, the latest news is that it can now be easily used within Webex!
