Next Week: Investigating HyFlex!

If there is anything we’ve learned in the past 18 months, it’s that we need to be prepared for any eventuality! Are you ready to pivot your instruction in the event that you, your students, or your students' families get sick this semester? Do you know what your options are, or how to leverage the basic equipment in your classroom to potentially support a combination of in-person and remote students?

Next week, join your CTLA Faculty Liaisons for a special 1-hour session, "Be Prepared: Investigating the HyFlex Option."

In this session, we will introduce you to recommended practices for maintaining a cohesive learning environment, no matter what changes come your way! We'll be sharing techniques using the typical classroom equipment (cameras and microphones) available in every one of our CGCC teaching spaces.  ​
NOTE: This session will focus on teaching strategies - if you want more information about the motion-tracking cameras that are being installed in a few of the classrooms, contact the CTLA ([email protected])!

THERE  ARE THREE AVAILABLE SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
You can attend any one of these, either in-person or remote (giving you the true HyFlex student experience):
  • TUESDAY, 9/28 | WILLIAMS | 10:30-11:30am | Cooper 101, or join remotely via Webex
  • TUESDAY, 9/28 | PECOS | 6:00-7:00pm | Cholla 306, or join remotely via Webex
  • WEDNESDAY, 9/29 | PECOS | 1:00-2:00pm | Cholla 307, or join remotely via Webex
