It's CGCC's "Week of Gratitude"! How goes your quest for increased positivity? ![]() According to this Forbes article, "7 Scientifically Proven Benefits of Gratitude," gratitude has a positive impact on developing new relationships, physical and mental health, empathy, self-esteem, and even helps you sleep better! Our students are really feeling the pressure right now (and let's face it, so are we...), so gratitude activities may help them regain their equilibrium. Last Spring, I shared a post from the Positive Psychology website (February 2021), reviewing several gratitude apps - I did a quick search to see if there are new apps, but these appear to remain in the "favorites" lists that I was able to locate.
