While some exercises are specifically about race relations or classism, most can be applied to your subject matter around stereotyping, privilege, history, culture, social institutions, or perspective. These include such exercises as “Values Spectrum,” “The Dot Exercise,” “Gallery Walk,” Blind Paper Fold,” and “Naming and Discovering Inconsistencies.” Lori also has numerous handouts that can be used to illustrate points or spark discussions.

Faculty will work together on the Assessment Project Plan Template to answer questions about the purpose of the assessment project and what courses, competencies, and general education student learning outcomes it will include.
