WHAT: Adjunct Faculty Orientation & Concourse Syllabus Training

---

WHEN Saturday, August 14th, 2021

Adjunct Faculty Orientation: 9 AM - 12 PM

​

Concourse Syllabus Training: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

Adjunct Credit will be available for all CGCC adjuncts at a rate of $30.50 for every two hours of participation in faculty development activities.

WHO All CGCC Adjunct Faculty hired since Fall 2020 are welcome and encouraged to attend the Adjunct Faculty Orientation, with specific focus on those who are new for Fall 2021

Attendance for the Concourse Syllabus Training that follows is strongly recommended for new instructional faculty, as it is required to use the CGCC Concourse Syllabus Template for your courses regardless of teaching modality.To get a jumpstart on learning about the system, if you have a course in Canvas, check out the CTLA Concourse Syllabus page
