If you see a grey, unprocessed Panorama icon in your Canvas course, it means Panorama has not yet generated an Accessibility Report for that item.

Generate the Accessibility Report
Select the grey Panorama icon. If the Accessibility Report is not available, you will see an option to generate the report.
Go ahead and generate the report whenever you encounter one of these unprocessed icons. Once processing is complete, Panorama will display the accessibility results for that item.
Refresh Canvas After the Report Is Generated
There is one extra step that is easy to miss: refresh the browser window after generating the report to force the grey to the approrpriate accessibility icon based on the report status.
The grey icon may remain visible even though the Accessibility Report has finished processing. For example, you may open the icon again and see that the item now has a 100% accessibility score, while the icon on the Canvas page is still grey.
Refreshing the browser window allows the Panorama icon to update and reflect the newly generated Accessibility Report.
Why This Matters
Generating the report and refreshing the page helps ensure that the Panorama icons you see throughout your course accurately reflect the current accessibility status of your content. It also helps Panorama incorporate those results into your course accessibility report.
So, when you see a grey Panorama icon:
1. Select the icon.
2. Generate the Accessibility Report.
3. Review the results.
4. Close the report using the X in the upper-right corner.
5. Refresh the Canvas page so the icon updates.
It is an extra step for now, but it helps make sure the accessibility information displayed in Canvas matches what Panorama has actually processed.
