Here's some helpful information for you and your students - how to enlarged shared content for better visibility!!
If you are nearsighted, as I am, you've probably been in a video conference and found yourself unable to clearly see the content that was being shared. As an instructor, you can be sensitive to this by (1) making adjustments to the size what you are sharing, and/or (2) letting your audience know how to increase the size on the viewing end.
1. The presenter adjusts the size of the content being shared.
Check in with your audience when you start presenting. Can everyone clearly see what's being presented? If not, and if you are presenting web content, then enlarging the material is typically as easy as using
  • PC: Control-plus [CTRL +]
  • Mac: Command-plus [⌘ +]
2. The viewer adjusts the size of the material being shared.
There are controls within your webconferencing tool (in this case, Webex) that allow the viewer to enlarge the content being shared with them.
