The annual Maricopa Community College Student Success Conference provides opportunities for faculty, administrators, management, and staff to engage in meaningful and collaborative conversations about practices and strategies that positively impact student retention, persistence, and success.

Student success is everyone’s responsibility. The 31st Annual Maricopa Community Colleges Student Success Conference brings together Maricopans of multiple roles and responsibilities to share strategies for promoting student success by providing the right support, for the right student, at the right time.

​This year’s theme is Creating a Culture of Caring and the conference tracks are aligned to the Success Factors Framework. The Research and Planning Group for California Community Colleges (RP Group) developed the six success factors framework as part of the Student Support (Re)defined study.
