Hybrid Summit Workshop Spring 2023

Hybrid Summit is designed to provide participants with the resources and strategies to begin planning (or revising) a successful hybrid course. The Hybrid Summit workshop focuses on best practices for teaching hybrid courses with maximum effectiveness.

Format
  • Hybrid Summit utilizes an in-person hybrid format
  • The Hybrid Summit Canvas course will open January 4th, 2023.
  • Complete 3-hours of pre-work asynchronously prior to attending one of the 3-hour in-person sessions.
  • Attend a 3-hour in-person session at CGCC - Pecos Campus, choosing between the morning or evening session on January 11th - see the registration below.
  • Complete the remainder 3-hours of asynchronous activities in Canvas with all materials and submissions due by January 18th at 5:00pm.

To register, choose from one of the two in-person sessions:
Wednesday, 1/11/23, 9:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesday, 1/11/23, 5:30pm - 8:30pm
The link will take you to the Employee Learn Center (ELC) where you may have to sign in. Find the "Enroll" button at the top right of the page. You will receive a confirmation email at your CGCC email upon sign up.

After successful completion of the online and live portions of the workshop, first-time participants can receive 9 hours of Faculty Professional Growth or 9 hours of Adjunct Faculty Tier Progression Credit.
