9:30AM - 11AM: Concourse Syllabus Refresher and Open Lab
Join Webex meeting | ID: 24867897832 | Password: ScNbJkm8q35
Juliet will walk you through setting up your syllabus for the first or fourth time! She will give you tips and tricks for making the most of the updated template and going between your old and new syllabus. The most effective copy procedure from one semester to another is a combination of copy/paste and actually copying in sections from previous semesters. Just like our updated Spring 2022 Checklist, we want to encourage thoughtful copying/importing of content to limit the mistakes and issues later on.

2PM-3PM: Google Sites for Student Portfolios, Projects, and Presentations
Join Webex meeting | ID: 24970380642 | Password: FGts8mCeg39
In collaboration with Dr. Heather Horn and other faculty using Google Sites, Juliet will show you how faculty are using Google Sites for students. Then, she will walk you through the basic function and give you an in depth look at the relationship between Google Drive and sites to maximize the organization of the site. This workshop will assist PAR faculty with managing their portfolios on New Sites as well.
