Outcomes, measures, achievement, and revisions are self-reported via the College Course Assessment Reporting Forms and course-embedded assessments. Missing or blank assessment data may result from a division not submitting the form or an outcome not assessed in a particular year. Missing data should not be interpreted as an indication that assessment did not occur.
